Stony Landing House
This 1840 summer plantation home is located on the bluff overlooking the Tailrace Canal and is ideal for weddings, receptions, family reunions and small business meetings. The two-story house is raised, and the under-story is paved with brick and lighted for evening events. The first floor is furnished with period reproduction furnishings, which offer comfort while stepping back in time.
Interpretive Center
This unique facility houses exhibits that trace the area's history back to 4000 B.C. and includes models of the Little David and the construction of the Santee Canal. Its three decks and the 30-ft. glass wall overlooking Biggin Creek bring nature into the facility. While the Interpretive Center is only available for after park hours, it does offer a special opportunity for receptions and other events.
Learning Center
Located within the park and nestled in a secluded quiet location with easy access to the nature trail, this facility is ideal for small conferences, board retreats, corporate training sessions, and receptions. The two porches and picnic tables on the lawn provide great opportunities for break out sessions and outdoor lunches.
Little David Picnic Shelter
Offers nine picnic tables on a 32 ft. by 32 ft. covered pad. Grill and electric service are available. Located near restrooms and a children's play area.

Offers ten picnic tables on a 24 ft. by 44 ft. covered pad. Grill and electric service are available. Located near restrooms and a children's play area.
Canal Room
The Canal Room of the Interpretive Center is an air conditioned and heated room overlooking the swamp. It can accommodate between 30 – 40 people. The area is ideal for meetings, baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties and more.
